We are a quiet community of 142 attached homes located off Route 240 in beautiful Crozet, Virginia, just 10 miles west of Charlottesville and at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Built in the 1990’s, our contemporary style manor homes are set along several rolling streets, beautifully landscaped and harmonious with the natural contours of the land.
The neighborhood enjoys beautiful mountain views and close proximity to the unique and charming village of Crozet, area lakes, orchards, breweries, and wineries, and of course, the many benefits of nearby Charlottesville, home of the University of Virginia.
Politically, the Highlands is in the County of Albemarle. We are served by Crozet Elementary, Henley Middle and Western Albemarle High Schools.
